We use USPS for shipping. Shipping charges are stated on the product page.

Continental US - Priority mail, Flat Rate mail, or Express Mail are your only options.

Priority, Flat Rate, & Express Mail include tracking and delivery confirmation. Express mail also includes insurance up to $100 value.

If insurance is desired for Priority or Flat Rate Mail: Insurance is highly recommended as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items without it.

RETURNS POLICY

Continental US: If Priority Mail without insurance was chosen for shipping, no refunds or replacements will be made.

If there is an error in the personalization on our part (you gave us the correct info, but it was wrong on your print) you may return it within 14 days from the date of shipment for replacement. Please notify us immediately so that your guarantee remains valid.

If you need to cancel an order, it must be done within 24 hours of placing the order. Any order cancelled after that will not be refunded as personalized products cannot be re-sold.
